Consulting, On-Site, Face-to-Face Talk This is a fee-based full engineering consulting for providing solutions after site visiting.
For better assistance, please provide Pictures, Documents, Tickets, Drawings, Plans, and/or Shop Drawings in advance if possible.
The location is the project site and owner/builder/associated engineers must be accompanied during the site visit.

Site visiting Engineer's inspection with full reports. Payment ($350 + GST, 5%) is required. Full engineering signed and sealed reports with solutions.
90 Minutes's Engineering Inspection. Additional Charge ($200 + GST) will be applied after the initial 90 miniatures.
Physical Property Tests, Experiments, Simulation are not included.
